Never is H's real name revealed. He is supposed to be inspired from Akira Kurosawa movies and works of Frank Miller, among other things. His sword was forged by Odin, Ra and Vishnu. He on one occasion helped 300 warriors fight against a massive army (no kidding!). He recieved training from Vikings, African tribals, Robin Hood, Egyptians, Shaolin monks, Mongolians, Greek olympians, etc etc. The opening 2D animation of Kung Fu Panda is a homage to H.
